The property consists of two elegant bungalows, situated next to each other on a spacious 2,500 m² private plot in the quiet area of Las Norias. Each bungalow has its own private entrance, making them ideal for couples or small groups traveling together while still enjoying their independence and privacy.

Casa La Majada 1 offers 70 m² of living space, featuring a bright open-plan layout with a combined living area and kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. Outside, you will find a private, partially covered terrace equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers – the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast, reading a book in the sun or enjoying unforgettable sunsets with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding mountains.

The saltwater swimming pool (4.70 m x 7.60 m), shared exclusively with the neighboring bungalow, is ideal for cooling off and unwinding on warm days. A shared barbecue area is also available for pleasant outdoor evenings. Parking is conveniently located directly on the property.

Casa La Majada is especially suited for guests seeking peace, relaxation and privacy in a natural and tranquil setting. It is perfect for couples or anyone looking to disconnect, enjoy slow mornings on the terrace or spend a calm evening under the stars.

The location is excellent: Los Llanos is only about 10 minutes away by car, offering a wide range of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. Puerto Naos beach is approximately 5 minutes by car, while the popular cove Charco Verde can be reached in around 8 minutes.
