Casa La Majada 2 offers 70 m² of living space, arranged in a bright open-plan layout with a combined living area and kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. In front of the bungalow you will find a private, partially covered terrace with a table, chairs and sun loungers — the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed breakfast, soak up the sun or take in the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding mountains.

The saltwater swimming pool (4.70 m x 7.60 m), shared only with the neighboring bungalow, provides a refreshing way to unwind on warm days. A shared barbecue area is also available for enjoyable outdoor evenings, and parking is conveniently located directly on the property.

The location is excellent: Los Llanos is just 10 minutes away by car, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. Puerto Naos beach is approximately 5 minutes by car, and the popular cove Charco Verde can be reached in around 8 minutes.
